i've seen the short gameplay video on youtube.
from that, i can tell the graphics are very flashy and look hot lol.
the sound set might be a bit :/ lol

so how many heroes are there so far?
and everything is basically dota right?
with diff heroes/skills

There are a lot of heroes, I can't quite remember. But 4 of them are original additions. Usually combined skills of different heroes.
The skills are generally the same as DoTA's, but with minor differences

It's basically DoTA with a new skin. Not all the heroes are ported over yet though.
