Like say i'm in a setting i don't know very well or i'm with people who i'm not very close with, i automatically get the thoughts of hiding and getting away because im SO nervous.
Anyone have social anxiety??
Like, being around people makes you nervous to the point you wanna avoid the situations and you feel real physical symptoms from it.
If so, how do you relax and get over social anxiety?? I know people will say to just 'face the fears' but how are you supposed to deal with it when you're nervous like that.
