Hey
For a while now I have been trying to install Gimp on my MacOSX Tiger 1.83 GHz Intel Core Duo. However, every time I click on the program, it complains about not finding an X11 software. From what I can understand, X11 is a type of program some types of open source software use to run properly. Upon hearing that, I decided to install that X11 from the apple website. After installing it however, it said that I had a newer version of this software, therefore not allowing it to complete the installation and leaving me gimp-less.
Has anyone else run into this problem?
Or is this just my mac?
Advice and help is very much appreciated.
