I want to know the best or most efficient way to take a shower. What is your showering process? Please describe in the greatest possible detail habits such as:

What type of consideration do you give your hair –
Shampoo/conditioner? How often do you wash your hair?

Most efficient way:
Wet yourself in shower for 10 seconds.
Turn off taps.
Soap up and scrub.
Turn on taps.
Rinse off soap for about 5 mins or so.
Turn off taps.
Step out and towel dry.
Yeah, the 5 minute shower - most efficient. You use only the water you need, and you use the soap you need.
Obviously for washing hair, you'd insert that into the routine somewhere and wet hair > turn off taps > shampoo > rinse and stuff.
No, that's not my routine, but it is the most efficient.

I use this cheap but incredibly awesome body wash called Bathox Milk and Honey Body Wash for dry skin. It smells nice and really moisturizes your skin. I squeeze a little onto a loofah and scrub, scrub, scrub.
What type of consideration do you give your hair –
Shampoo/conditioner? How often do you wash your hair?
I shampoo and condition everyday because my hair is super oily.
Do you pee in the shower?

Sometimes I brush my teeth.

Usually 25 mins to an hour o.o
In what order do you wash yourself?
In warm water, I shampoo my hair (I shampoo every OTHER day), rinse off in warm water, put conditioner only on the tips of my hair, clip up hair into a bun, rinse my body and face (notice I didn't say hair) with warm water to get off the shampoo or conditioner that might have got on me, then use a medium sized scrubbing ball looking thing and scrub my body thoroughly (usually starting with the arms, neck, chest, stomach, legs, back area, and then everywhere else[: ), after my body is finished being scrubbed, I let the soap/foam sit on me for about 30 seconds-1 minute, rinse off in warm water (rinsing face too), use my blackhead cleanser scrub to scrub my face, rinse off in warm water, then use the same soap bar I used for my body on my face, I just rub my hands on the soap bar then rub my face with it, after that, rinse off face in warm water, let down my hair and rinse in really cold water, after all the conditioner is out, then rinse my face with cold water, annnddd FIN!

I shampoo and condition every morning. I deep condition once a week.

I pee before I get in the shower. My toilet is right there.

I didn't believe it until my SUPER damaged hair, became silky soft. When I shampoo I only use a little bit because I have short hair haha

I have this organic bar soap. But i feel it leaves residue, possibly due to the hard water here. i will think about shower filter.
I have a Burt's Bees Body wash. the milk one. I LOVE the smell. it's so... foody. i would get it again just for the smell.

Those italy towels. but that's not at every wash either. so i end up using it like once a week. i used to use a loofah, but i don't really wash my body unless i had put stuff on it, like deodorant. If i wash my body, it's usually just my pits, face, and neck.

I use head and shoulders for dry scalp for my dandruff, but.... i think i'm immune to it now.
I don't really care too much about shampoos, i just want to fix my dandruff.
I have several conditioners, that i just accumulated over time, i still use them all though. i usually just slather it on straight to my scalp. and sometimes forget to take care of the ends.
I HATE showering! lol. i don't really hate the shower, but sometimes i don't want to go through the hassle. i take a shower 2-3 times a week. i could probably go for less if i didn't have dandruff since my skin is dry. i just don't need to shower as much. like i don't feel ick after a day or so.

I have. lol. you save on toilet water, and you just wash it right off.

Yes, i use an apple cider vinegar wash after i'm done with shampoo and conditioner. It's diluted, just in case you've never done that before.
