I don't really go on soompi except to the forums but there's this album review thing and Beast did really well!

"With two familiar faces in Beast for me, I had a lot of expectation for their music. Their title song �Bad Girl� wasn�t a bummer but it wasn�t as intriguing as I had thought either. As the music trend advances, I thought the song would be catchier. On the other hand, I thought that �Mystery� would have been a more suitable song as the title song. It is an easier tune to remember and it would have been interesting to see them performing it. Track 4, 아직은 , is a sweet R&B song that completely surprised me because it just wasn�t something that I was expecting to hear after listening to �Bad Girl.� My heart almost stopped when I listened to �Oasis.� One word popped in my mind and it was �Why?!� 아직은 and Oasis are wonderful unexpected tracks because they are the songs that are not your typical mainstream song but it exhibits the vocals of the members well. I can see Beast making it far into the music industry with tracks like these so hopefully they can promote them in the near future. On the whole, the mini album wasn�t a disappointment and I actually quite enjoyed it."

Wow, I'm pretty stoked for the Gag Concert...haha! I wonder what they'll be doing on the show. And Yoseob for Digital Mobile Ranking again? Does BEAST win for being on the Digital Mobile Ranking for the most consecutive weeks in a row? Hahaha~! Just kidding. Hopefully they put Hyunseung in there too. ^--^;; We'll have to see.

Wow I love the choegraphy(sp?) to Mystery......that is my favorite song on their mini album!!! They definitely got a hit!!! GO BEAST!!! I'm relatively new to this group but who is the European looking guy? He's gorgeous!

BEAST's Mystery Soars through the Chart

Rookie boy group BEAST is soaring through the Korean music charts!

Ever since BEAST switched over to 'Mystery' from 'Bad Girl,' their music chart rankings have been going straight up! Although their debut song 'Bad Girl' received much love due to its lively and energetic beat, fans seem to prefer the more powerful and charismatic sound of 'Mystery'.

The powerful dance moves of 'Mystery' also ranked 1st on Korean search engines after their performance aired. The popularity of 'Mystery' is garnering so much interest from fans that people are suspecting a new 'Mystery Syndrome' to arise. Or perhaps, it is already happening.

On the other hand, BEAST is starting to live up to their name. Does this mean they will be taking over our beloved beast idols, 2PM? I smell a little bit of rivalry and possible dance competitions between these two in the near future.

BEAST and 4MINUTE will be going to Taiwan!!


Our Cube boys and girls are going to conquer Taiwan in 2010! They will be releasing their Taiwan version albums via Universal Music. Here is the evidence:




Our 4Minute girls are surely busy, first Mainland China, then Philippines, now Taiwan! When are they going to take a break? Anyway,the exact date of release has yet to be confirmed, as stated on the official blog of Universal Music Japan, so remember to stay tuned for more updates.

On a side note, since 4Minute and BEAST are going to release their Taiwan albums, it is only appropriate for them to make an appearance there for their Taiwan fans and relative promotional activities. As such, BEASTMinute will be entering Taiwan to promote their albums this coming January. The venue has been tentatively set to Taipei. Though this piece of information has not been confirmed by Cube Entertainment yet, the Taiwan BEAST and 4Minute forums are already planning for some special collaborations to welcome their favourite Cube idols.

hmm... BFF... i think it would be yoseob / kikwang.. yoseob, becos he is fun to be with, always filled with laughters.. so i think when times im sad, he would be able to cheer me up.. and i think he is always caring to friends and family..! and Kikwang becos he seems easy to get along with... and he seems like he treasure friendship alot...

i think most b2uty's answer would be doojoon (as a elder brother)... he has the leading and big brother character.. so i guess he can take good care of me..

this is a tough question.. i guess my character is more like Hyunseung / Dongwoon? sometimes im weird like hyunseung, sometimes im shy and quiet like dongwoon.. my noise level depends alot on my mood and the person im talking to...

Yoseob and doojoon... yoseob is always hyper and with lots of jokes.. and doojoon is steady and makes good decision.. both is not my way of doing... as i say, im only hyper depends my mood and not always... =)

How is BEAST doing on music charts?

Quite well, actually.

It's been 53 days since their debut (not that I'm counting or anything...), but 'Bad Girl' still standing strong on the charts: #38 on Melon, #73 on Bugs, #73 on Daum, and #37 on Mnet. (The numbers 3 and 7 seem to be fond of our boys.)

But now BEAST has performed "Mystery," and promotions are beginning for their follow-up song.

Judging by the song's chart positions after only a day since the group has performed it, "Mystery" looks like it will be another hit for BEAST: #61 on Bugs, #91 on Daum, #78 on Mnet, and #46 on Cyworld's Background Music chart.

Congratulations, boys! <3 and may your necks stay strong... :/
