Kesler has the makings to be a future selke winner. He is defense first, has the speed and is a grinder. He can kill penalties and play the boards very well. The only part he will be lacking is his average face off skills.

Lindros grew up as a Leafs fan, and we all know how stubborn he is when it comes to playing for certain teams...

Part of things that caused Lindros and the Flyers to leave on such bitter terms was that he said the only team he'd be willing to play for is Toronto, Flyers traded him to the Rangers instead...

And no, players can't choose their teams that simply

Lindros simply wants to be a Leafs player, if the team is interested, they'll re-sign him, if they don't too bad for him.

I believe Lindros is a Unrestricted Free Agent, so he can pick which team he wants to sign with...that is if the team is willing to offer him contract.

I think the Flames are pretty much done dealing for the off-season...only expect minor moves.

Since Chioster, you love the Canucks so much, don't you think they should give Brandon Reid a chance this year. It seems there'll be a few roster spots open for league minimum salary type players. I always liked him in juniors, although he is a bit undersized for the NHL, I remember watching him dangle like a European back in the day, he has the stuff. Would be a nice compliment to a third or fourth line.

He does have a possibility to win it. We will never know. This was his first complete season and he played better as the season went on. He was even one of the canucks top penalty killers in the late parts of the season when the canucks PK% went up.



Brandon Reid has a huge shot at making the team. He is one of the fastest players I have ever seen. He can really deke and can put the puck in the back of the net when he chooses too. But while he was with the canucks, he got lazy as the season went on. But I think the new NHL will make him happy since he is undersized and there is less clutching and grabbing. He signed with the Canucks and will have a huge chance at making the team. Hope he does well with the Canucks.

His bias, just like you would prolly call Iggy the best player in the world and he'll prolly score more points if he wasn't in Sutters defensive oriented system.
