Anyways, Kesler got a offer sheet from the flyers for 1.9 million dollars. To me that is too much for a guy who has yet to show himself. If the canucks matches this offer, we will be in salary cap trouble. We already have 41-42 million in 20 guys with kesler left to sign and if he did get matched for 1.9 million dollars. That would mean the canucks will be less then 1 million dollars from the cap.

Canadiens are going to retire Dryden and Savards jerseys soon. Dryden probably has the best Wins-Lost ratio ever for a goalie but that was during the time when the Canadiens had the most stacked franchise in the world. But congrats to both of them in Winning 6+ each stanley cups.
