Did you panther fans like Bertuzzi? He played 13 mins and had 1 shot on goal. No big plays or big hits. Just floated around the ice. Thats bertuzzi for you biggrin.gif

I'm assuming these guys just aren't trying all that hard in the pre-season because they don't want to get hurt or anything before they even start playing regular season games.. just go out there and...find your legs, and..stuff like that..

o_o actually, he wasn't as bad as advertised. He played solid. the 1st 3 goals wasn't his fault at all. Only time i could say he made a mistake was the 4th one when he went down a little early to cover the post and the Sabre player just sniped the top corner. Amazing shot really, but it could be prevented if he didn't go down so early. He made some really good saves too.

Btw, Tlutsy sooooooo freakkinn good lol. One of the most impressive players on the ice. =P They said he looks a lil like Mogilny when he was young. I'm hopin the similarities don't end there. biggrin.gif

TT_TT I can;t watch the hab game vs Bruins.. samsonov vs his old team... well he's not playing tonight but I guess he will tomorrow... hehehehehehehe... i'll have to listen the radio sniff sniff until I get the crappy satellite reinstall.

lol I just signed up for the fantasy league.. I totally suck at it -___-" oh well it'll keep me busy during my boring classes.

holy cow.. we're getting owned byt the Boston Bruins 3-0 hahaha poor our rookies. Feel so bad our lineup roster tonight is all the rookies lol with 5 regular roster of the team lmao its like 3/4 of the regulars arent playing haha its funny but I feel bad for them they must be sooo depress laugh.gif

wow...didn't even realize it. ESPN has shown nothing about the NHL. sportstalk radio here in philly has really mentioned nothing about the flyers either...

Canucks lost 3-1 but it was basically, rookies vs 1/2 of the flames team. Good job on all the rookies and AHL players on playing a strong game. The most veteran player on the team today was Matt Cooke.

Brendan Reid as I heard on the radio was basically EVERYWHERE. He splitted a couple of flames D. Had some nice chances to score but because he was so fast, none of his line mates caught up to him to help him get the rebounds.

^ and matt cooke wasn't all that great either, even.. especially with that bad giveaway that led to the goal..

still the first game though..filled with rookies, although I really did like how Reid seemed to be doing everything. I'm more excited about the game in San Jose.. Grabner and the other prospects, and Luongo.. yaaaaaay

Yes, Jess, there was a game tonight.. there will be one on Thursday night, Friday night, and Sunday night too.. you should just go to www.canucks.com to keep up with their schedule tongue.gif.. SOME FAN YOU ARE >P

P.S. Yeah..that's a weak goal by Cloutier.. I would've liked to see it live and see how everything actually unfolded though o_O Although..I must say..I reeeeally like his new goalie pads.. and he's finally not wearing the same cage anymore!!

yeah..Edmonton's been doing really well offensively.. Did you see that powerplay? All the passes were dead on..

LOL WE CANT JUST RELY ON LUONGO..although I think most fans will tend to do that..
