2 of the hottest teams face off tonight. Colorado vs Vancouver. Both are on a 8-1-1 streak currently and will try to fight for different things. Canucks to stay ahead of Minny and finally clinch a playoff spot and Colorado to stay within reach of Calgary.

they didn't just destroy them, they obliterated them.

When the Leafs hammered the Bruins 10-2 not too long ago.

Sigh I wish they'd do that again.

It was last month, when the canucks got scored on twice on the empty net. Anyways, didnt watch the game but happy for the Canucks on getting their 46 win, and Luongo getting his 5 shutout.

If they break the record, it shouldnt' count. Goalies shouldn't get credit for shootout wins.

Well Bernie played in a time when the NHL was, 1 good team and the other 10 were all under .500 teams. He was on that very good team with the Bullies. You know who they are tongue.gif. Bobby Clarke and Co.

JfJ is the freakin nugget that got us Raycroft for john teshin Tuuka Rask!@#@!#$ I want his ass fired like NOW =|. john tesh man, I feel so sorry for Sundin and Kaberle. They always play with john teshin scrubs cuz management is so john teshin inocompetent. Ahhhh$@#$@! john tesh man, we have so little talent, Tucker is on our 1st PP. That should just tell you how bad our situation is.

Yes way man, Maurice has overplayed Raycroft all season and used Aubin too sparingly.

- Year Team GP GS MIN W L T OTL EGA GA GAA SA SV SV% SO
Raycroft's numbers last year: 2005-06 BOS GP:30 28 1619 8 19 0 2 3 100 3.71 824 724 .879 0
Aubin's numbers last year: 2005-06 TOR 11 11 677 9 0 0 2 0 25 2.21 330 305 .924 1

If I was Maurice, I'd have more confidence in a goalie that carried his team down the stretch last year despite not playing for them the entire season before being called up. I would've opted to split Aubin and Raycroft's netminding times, similar to the Dwayne Rolosson and Manny Fernandez thing back in Minnesota a few recent years ago.

But yes, JFJ is a moron.

Honestly, since he got injured, I totally forgot about Michael Peca's existence until just now when I thought up more of JFJ's bad moves.

Hmm...

Allison suffered a hand injury in a game against Montreal, and had to have surgery on his hand, which sidelined him for the remainder of the season. After the 2005-2006 season, Allison became an unrestricted free agent. Toronto chose not to re-sign Allison because new head coach Paul Maurice and GM John Ferguson Jr. did not feel Allison's poor skating abilities and age would be a proper fit for their new, young, fast-paced team. - wiki

My ass, I liked Allison! He was productive offensively, despite being like a -14. Now THAT is someone we needed on the PP this entire year >_>

with a new young fast teams needs experience. The leafs barely have any now. They went with a young team, well who is going to teach those kids?. Allison just might be that person. During the deadline, many veterans were availiable including roberts who choose the pens instead. They couldve went after many veterans. Instead they went with perrault, who maurice barely plays. An all-star playing on your 3rd and 4th line.
