I love "upper body injuries." You can either pull a muscle, or have a concussion, and still just have "an upper body injury."

"That's correct," Feaster said. "Even if he walked out of here and got hit by a bus we'd be on the hook."
thats a nice thing to say aint it

and..pami_fizz you're right. when I watched sportsnet, I was rather shocked it was a penalty at all, nevermind a game misconduct that warranted an ejection from the game o_O I thought that was a clean hit..heck I've been hit like that playing hockey myself
oh, before I forget, Happy Birthday, jonogunn. The Canucks would like to wish you happy birthday by giving you a win over the Maple Leafs

I didn't get to watch the game since it was on PayPerView, but I checked the scores on Sportsnet and saw it was 2-1 Leafs by second period. Then I turn on the tv this morning to see who won and I find they lose 4-3 in regulation =[
Whatever, Auld was really good, stopped 5 shots from Sundin =/

I declare the NHL referee who ejected Joe Thornton yesterday an idiot, in equivalent to the ref who threw out Morris Peterson in recent game in the NBA.

thats exactly what i did, i checked the score, found it was 2-1, thought the leafs were going to win then i found out the next morning that they lost

^ yea..that goal was.. what the heck.. I didn't know you could score like that from that angle o_O
^ when Auld went down clutching that knee, I thought "...wow, the Canucks are so screwed now. So. Very. Very. Screwed. Period."
..thank goodness he stayed in o_O
Are you sure? Are the Canucks really screwed if they lost a goalie that allows goals to be scored on him from impossible angles?
Glory is forever

and despite giving up that goal, I doubt we would've won with Ouellet in net. We were outshot 30-10 in the final two periods, and Auld kept the Canucks in the game. Especially in the end.
