Who doesn't miss watching Tommy and his gang who never freakin age, the girl with the yellow hair and uni brow secretly admire a certain football headed boy (kind of like a Kpop fangirl) and a teenage boy that's part student and part famous action movie star?!

ahhh the good ole clean, but entertaining shows/cartoons in the 90's

Rugrats
Hey Arnold
Power Puff girls
angry beavers
Tiny Toon Adventures
Doug!!!!
CatDog
Pinky and the Brain
Boy Meets World <-- I had the biggest crush on Cory's best friend!
Even Stevens- the comical days of Shia LaBeouf
... you probably know the rest

who here sang the intro songs to cartoons?
The Angry Beavers theme song was catchy and I loved As Told by Ginger.

the shows they have now on Nick or Disney Channel have boy crazy girls with low self esteem that think a slice of chocolate cake will make them fat (Zoe101)
& another thing that I love about these cartoons is that the technology back in the 90's weren't as advance as now. I'm not complaining about Monsters Inc. or The Incredibles : p

Did anyone ever buy those Barbie video games?

I use to tie my jacket/sweater around my waist ^___^ cool.gif cool.gif cool.gif

lets see, what else...
dan dan dan...THE WALKMAN !! I have to admit that Ipod's are more convenient, but man I miss the walkman. I should buy one later. Everything was simpler before myspace, but we shall move on.

oh and pokemon and Yugioh cards dry.gif , wasn't really a fan, but kids in the third grade had 'em along with lunchboxes.
GAMEBOYS!!! ----->

Girls were crazy about NSYNC and Backstreet Boys
and I remember dancing to a Britney Spears CD

I felt that people were more original with music in the 90's.

But we can't go back to the past unfortunately, but its nice to look back once in a while.

nostalgia is getting to me man...
As Told by Ginger Intro
Cow and Chicken Intro
Johnny Bravo intro
So Weird intro

My hugs hurt, so close your eyes because the hug monster is coming your wayyy. rawr ; ]

OMG YES. I can seriously talk about 90's shows for hours.

I was obsessed with As Told by Ginger so much. OBSESSED.

I'm older than a lot of you, but...

Pete & Pete?
TeenNick?
Are You Afraid of the Dark?
Pelswick?
Wild & Crazy Kids?
Legends of the Hidden Temple?
GUTS?
Alex Mack?

Anyone remember these babies from Nickelodeon?

I remember waking up at like 7am and sit in the rec room to watch Sailor Moon, Dexters Lab, Hey Arnold!, Powerpuff Girls, Reboot, Mummies Alive, Even Stevans too an way more!^^

In grade 1 i remember Pokemon started and then cards were everywhere @ school. Even bus drivers banned them, and if they saw them they would rip the cards up.

My brother and his friends were like 12 years old when Gameboy came out. lol they would go to one of thier houses and just sit in a circle mostly and play XD

Then one day i was taking a bubble bath, and then my mom, dad and brother came home from the mall and my brothers like "WE BOUGHT AN N64!!" i screamed like heck haha. And then we would always play like Mario Part and Golden Eye (007)

TV was better because reality shows weren't the norm but that's all that I really miss.

The other day me and a friend watched Rugrats in Paris & Toy Story 2.
I have a few video cassettes of the Rugrats series.
I use to have more but since my ma gave them to my nephew..some of the tapes came up missing when I received them back.
...And they have a few episodes of Hey Arnold and Taina on Youtube.
I ended up watching them a few weeks back.
Random: Dang the trash man is running early. huh.gif

i REALLY REALLY miss the 90's.. ah, childhood was great then.. and yes, it wasnt dirty like how the media is now.. im gonna make my kids watch reruns of old shows haha LOL .. and whenever i hang out with my 13 year old cousin .. i feel old.. and whenever she does something stupid or annoying i think to myself "i was never like that.. when i was her age.." and its cuz the media i was exposed to didnt have 16 year olds on the DISNEY channel getting pregnant.. or did it have shows like (stupid) Hannah montana where they were pointless and the acting was horrible.. i also miss the boybands.. they just kinda died out after 2000.. aish.. Backstreet Boys FTW!!! hah LOL.. how i miss them... sad.gif at least they're coming back with a new album.. and Nsync.. aish.. all the nice CLEAN music of boy bands.. i miss them so much.. </3 i think this is why ive turned to asian entertainment .. because its still Clean.. boybands still exist.. and the music is def. not as dirty nor as cliche as U.S. entertainment.. imo

I miss the days I'd wake up early to watch POKEMON and Dragon Ball Z. And I miss those days when I used to play bull rush in school and eat super dupers. Oh, and when I was young sleeping at 10 and thinking a 1 hour movie was the longest thing in the world.

YES! I loved everything about the 90s and the early 00s!

Somebody invent a time machine and transport me back to a time when:
- Miley Cyrus/The Jonas Brothers/etc didn't exist
- Disney made animated classics like Aladdin & the Lion King
- Kids' shows weren't dumbed down
- No reality shows, except for MTV's the Real World/Road Rules
- The airwaves were ruled by cheesy boyband/pop goodness but we also had great alternative music too
- Anime wasn't overexposed
- we had Power Rangers <3
- we'd wake up on Saturdays to watch Fox Kids (and YTV, for the Canadians)

I honestly miss being a kid. sad.gif

And LennyRin, I miss the Backstreet Boys too. They're still out their doing their thang but it's just not the same. I remember getting into fights with my bff from middle school because she liked *N Sync and I thought they were being copycats (but I ended up liking them afterward).
