This diet is pretty simple to follow, all you have to do is count calories.

What you will need to do is eat a 200 calorie breakfast, 300 calorie lunch, and a 400 calorie dinner.

at the end of the day you will have consumed 900 calories.

apparently you can lose up to 7 lbs in 2 weeks from doing this.

thoughts?

i'm going to try this.... but dont count on me to reply back and stick with it since im a procrastinator.

anyone try this before?

900 calories is too little. The total amount the body is capable of handling without getting into undereating or starvation is 1200 calories a day. This is for someone who is inactive too. So if you are active you need to add more for that. There are too many factors for each individual to make sure you are eating enough even when you are attempting to lose weight. See a nutritionist for more information. Even being a person trainer myself for over seven years, I still have to keep up on the new ideas out there on nutrition and diets every three months.
