I think that you won't be getting all the vitamins/nutrients that your body will need by eating yogurt and veggies alone. Lack of essentials your body needs-->at least some amount of stunt I would assume. I'd just like to emphasize, though you've probably heard this 304803984 times yet still disregard it, there are no shortcut ways to losing weight healthily. Adjust your eating habits so you get the proper amount of the good and the "bad" (fat, carbs.. those things that most people seem to be scared of) things and exercise. Eventually, you'll see weightloss if you stick to it.

Goodluck! Stay healthy!

By the way, I love love love yogurt.. I don't blame you for wanting to go on that particular diet. wink.gif

Aznch4mp is right. Eating one particular food is not going to help you but hurt you. Being a personal trainer, I have heard all the 'diets'. you need food growing up. Watch the junk food, I know that's tough, but stick with natural food. Food that is not processed, manufactured, or made of magic beans(haha). I have to admit, I do have the occasional burger or full-sized nachos, but I get back on track for the rest of the week and try to eat well.

you'd have malnutrition, since you wont be getting proteins or carbs =(

It'll be kinda bad for you,
yogurt is really good for you, and can help clear acne.
But, you need other nutrients, like meat.
I hate diets, generally.
I think you should eat what you like, don't go overboard.
And work out. It's the same as a diet really, but better.

Why would you want to do that? Personally, I think i'd get really sick of eating the same thing over and over again. I'd much rather incorporate everything into my meals and give myself a healthy variety.

These are the nutrition facts for mountain high plain yogurt. Yogurt is actually a good source of protein so I don't know why everyone is saying it doesn't have enough protein. sleep.gif
Some say i'm a genius, others say i'm crazy
but they all say i'm a little on the weird side
