My arms are quite big compared to my body ... and everyone says that to me too .. so is there any exercises i can do to keep make them thinner and toner ? Does 8 min arms exercise work ?

EDIT :

Can you guys also tell me what i should do for broad shoulders ? Is there any exercises ? My shoulder size's wider than my hips and they look really bad when i wear sleeveless ...

Chubby as in fat right? You're going to have to do cardio.. There's not such thing as targeting weight. So just run, bike ride, walk, etc and the fat will be lost all over your body. Some people are different, and it starts in different areas. You'll just need to do cardio to lose fat, that's a fact. As for toning them, you can do push ups, pulls up things like that. You could also lift weights. My arms are pretty bulky, so I suggest also stretching them too! It helps make them from bulking up too. But good luck!
Oh! Also, eat healthy if you want to lose weight quicker! Meaning no sugary sweets or McDonalds.

No, pushups can help build shoulder strength but you probably will not build BIG shoulders with pushups. Pushups will help with 'flabby' arms. building muscle is the best way to prevent flabbiness anywhere. Stick with working the big parts and the small parts will follow. Pushups work chest, triceps, shoulders, and even the core to some degree since you are in a plank position. Pullups or pull downs work the back, biceps, and forearms. Squats work the entire lower body. All this can be done with or without weights.

^ google does make the world go round .

Back to the question, just do cardio to lose fat all over. Or you can try some kickboxing exercises, and that include the Turbo Jam workouts, my arms seem to workout the most whenever I do one of the TJ videos .

I used those dip/pull up machines along with the elliptical for just around a month or so and I noticed that my arms were less flabby, haha. I'm not sure which machine it was. One was cardio and the other was muscle building so maybe it was both? And I REALLY LOVEE the two machines <3 The pull up machine is so fun! biggrin.gif And the elliptical is easy to use. It makes you sweat hard but you don't feel tired as quickly as you would on the treadmill.

put your palms together
put your elbows together
breathe in
pull you arms up unntil u feel a strain (elbows are at your eye level or a little above)
pause
release (your elbows are still touching)

do this when ur watching tv or whenever
and it's not an instant thing, but at least your doing something

Umm, well I don't know about shoulders (mine are kinda narrow so I've never really thought about it) but as for arms...
Well my arms have always been thin but during this past year, they've gained a bit of weight and were jiggly :T But after I started walking 3+ miles daily, everythinggg just started slimming down; arms included. And it's not like I've been doing this regime for a long time. I've been doing it consistently for a little over a week now.
