So . . . what do you do when girls like your boyfriend? (or boys like your girlfriend)

Well, right now, the number of girls who like my boyfriend has gone down. I've been with him for 20 months. . . and things are going pretty well. But sometimes, his friends or my boyfriend would bring up some people (because some girls added my boyfriend...) . . and he said "she use to like me."

Ugh its so weird..because my boyfriend is very nice, and SILLY, and he acts cute... i can see why girls will like him... but it kinda makes me feel bad because Sometimes I annoy him badly, and he could have chose some other girl besides me....

the thing is my boyfriend like me first.....but NOW i am more attached to him than he is XD

i just hate to hear about whoever girl use to like him..even though its the past...

i mean, should I feel happy that I have a boyfriend that many girls like? O_o

for me, it would be i guess bothersome and flattering at the same time. my bf used to be one of those little pretty boys with fan girls on soompi, so i'm not going to say his name. he still gets msn random IMs every once in a while from girls sometimes even guys that used to be i guess a fangirl or fanboy. so its flattering to see that he was THAT popular, but it bothers me that some people still try to contact him even though hes out of that whole phase. so i guess for your situation, just be flattered by it, THAT IS IF YOUR BOYFRIEND ISNT TAKING ADVANTAGE OF IT. i mean that as in he isnt either basking in his glory or flirting with these girls. i just laugh and brush it off when my bf tells me about all the girls that used to like him and what they used to do cause its like, "welllll whos got chu now huh?" lmao. jk

this used to happened with my and my boyfriend because he's in a band (the youngest member to be specific) and when they do gigs at clubs or parties, lots of girls would like him. i just ignored it because now i'm used to it and he loves me. ^___^

Well, I don't know how many girls like/d my bf but I do know that before we dated there were other guys that liked me a lot. At first my bf was kind of feeling a bit uneasy of why I would choose him out of the other guys but now, he's like whatever, she's mine. lol.. In the end, your guy chose you, you're the one that he has more feelings towards.

Well there's a reason why he chose YOU to be his girlfriend..is because he likes you the MOST. =) All these other girls.. they're just jealous because you got the best catch- your boyfriend and that's all there is to it. =)

I understand how you would feel about the lots of girl's liking your boyfriend.. it never happened to my ex- but it happened to me where 2 of his close guy friends were always trying to talk to me and I know it seemed to bug my ex alot. It was also one of the things that caused our break up. Him accusing-... well that's another story. xD

You shouldn't worry about it and if you feel like you're getting seriously bugged by this topic...(esp. if your bf saids something about her liking him in the past like you said..), maybe you should talk to him about it? Tell him you feel a bit bothered by it.. and etc? It might not be able to stop the girls from still talking about him and such, but if you do- your bf will understand and won't say anything about this topic / or talk to those girls as much?
