Hey guys, I've come across several recipes for oxtails that require red wine. Problem is, I don't know anything about red wine. I googled for some info, but didn't get much help. Most places offer general red wine recommendations and just say "don't use a wine you wouldn't drink." But I'm looking for a more specific wine to use to cook oxtails. I don't drink wine at all, so I need help. Thoughts?
