Small Stomach

i'm getting bored with doing basic crunches and i need results fast for my sister's wedding. What crunches do you guys do and which ones do you think give you the best results?

Do some cardio as well. Crunches alone won't get you a flat stomach. Try running.

Right. Add cardio and add more exercises. To get a flatter stomach/to see your abs you need to do a total body workout. make sure they are big body movers like squats or lunges, pullups or pulldowns, pushups or overhead presses, etc.

Also find other exercises for abs. leg lifts, knee ups, using an ab wheel, etc.

lastly, when you add cardio, go for higher intensity like sprints. Just picture sprinters compared to marathon runners. Vary it up. Jump rope, running, dance classes, kettlebells.
