I love pho xao!!! There's a resturant where I live that makes really good pho xao! Getting kinda hungry now:D

i've tried them all when i visited HN last year. Overall, they were delish and scrumptious.If only they were less oily. Out of the three dishes, i love fried pho the most. The goodness of fried stuff was just irrestible biggrin.gif Pho cuon was okay, taste very much like spring roll IMO>

Didn't know there were so many variations of pho. Still, nothing beats the original.
I won't bother since I won't read the rules and they won't accommodate.

Whoa!! I've never heard of those. Sure looks delicious though. I think I've eaten the roll ones before but I'm not too sure. It was really good though.

haha I know them as that too. When I first read the names, I got really confused because I wasn't familiar with the names.

Never had Pho Ran and Pho Cuon before but I don't like Pho Xao a lot. These look so yummy. ^^
