Hi im takng birth control pills right now to prevent my period from coming while on im vacation
Im taking it daily at 7 PM but Im going to be travellig to the UK and places in Europe
I believe they are 5 hours ahead
so in Europe should I take it at 7PM there or 12 AM there?
this is my first time taking it so i don't knw=(

just keep taking them on the same time as you usually do, your home country time, at 7 PM.
So that you aren't confused with the time difference when you're in UK, bring yourself an extra watch that shows your home country time.
Preferably a digital watch, since it shows AM/PM, and date, and has an alarm, so that it reminds you.
That way when you come back from your vacay, you can come back to your regular schedule w/ no hassle.

Take it when it's 7PM in your country.
When I went to Canada, which is like over half a day time difference, I didn't change the time on my mobile phone and had an alarm set daily for the time I would take my pill. So when the alarm goes off you'll know when you have to take it.
