I'm so surprise theirs no thread on Udon. I absolutely love it especially the noodle soup one. I'm willing to go to any restaurant as long as they have Udon noodle soup especially tempura.

cant live without it but its been so long since i've eaten them. >.<

I've had udon noodles in some kind of instant soup (Annie Chun brand) but not real Japanese udon.

Yea, I love Udon too. I just had some though...not authentic, but homemade. Just as good. :9

My mom gets the noodles and make them with soup and meat mostly on the weekends. Very yummy.
