So my friend got in an accident with his rear bumper. like there's not dent or major scratches. But the paint cracked a little. looks like spiderwebs in a way... LOL. That's like all that's wrong with it. the paint cracked.
his car is a 99 Camry. He wants to know how much would it be around to fix his rear bumper. So around how much???

you cant just repaint the messed up spot. you have to repaint the whole bumper. looking at about $100. but the color most likely match exactally because painting conditions are different in every shop. so he might have to repaint the whole car if he wants a nice paint job. thats like $900~$2000. or you could get a nice rattle can close to the same color for like $3. do a couple coats. add a clear coat. and call it a day. XD

yes you can. the paint shop next door to my shop does it all the time and they do superb work. color matching is just a pain in the behind, but they usually get it pretty darn close.
but yeah, might as well just respray the rear bumper. you're looking at anywhere from $100 - $200, depending on the shop.

no you cant. you'd have to sand a pretty large portion then paint that. but oyu can usually tell it was repainted there. i think tahts what you are referring to.

When I bought a new grille, I got it painted by the color code and it matched perfectly.

i think its gonna cost more than 100$
but make sure they put in flex agent (basically makes the paint flex a little without cracking)
since the bumper is plastic it will tend to expand and contract more due to heat and cold
without it ull have a lot of cracking and stuff
most places i think will include that without thinking twice....but some places are shady and dont haha
