Hi everyone,

No words can describe how frighten I feel right now. I'm not pregnant, nor am I under extreme amount of stress. I ate enough, slept enough, and drank enough water. Nothing different from my normal routine. The only thing I did change was my workout routine since I've been doing yoga and dancing 4 times a week.

A month after I came home from university, I stopped having my period. Then a few weeks later, the skin on my lips started to itch and burn and that's when I started shedding skin around my lips. I tried putting more moisturizers on and it went away after a week or two. But just 2 days ago, my whole face started to itch after taking a hot shower. When I looked at the mirror, my whole face was covered with red blotches and it burned!!

Although the redness got less obvious after a few minutes, there were still red blotches on my nose, cheeks and around my mouth nonetheless. Afterward, those red blotches just started shedding and it's HIDEOUS! I stopped wearing foundation altogether, and I washed my face with nothing but water for a whole week already...but nothing seems to be working.

HELP!!! Does anyone know what might be happening to me?

You should probably go to the doctors

If you missed your period for three months and get your period the next month
it's okay then

There should only be three month intervals or

if not check your doctor
for irregular periods

Then again! It's just best to go to the doctor

Like the other have said, you should go to the doctor. It's one thing to have irregular period, and it's another to have your skin shedding like that.

OH EMGEEE SEE YOUR DOCTOR ALREADY!!
It might be nothing serious, so instead of worrying over it yourself and self diagnosing, go see your doc.
Than everything will be sorted out:]

sorry, but you have HIV/AIDS.

Seriously?! If that was meant to be a joke, it sure as hell is NOT funny.

To the OP, instead of asking us online, it would be best to go see a doctor as soon as you can. What you have doesn't sound normal at all. Good luck.

do you r e m e m b e r ?

At the risk of repeating everyone, see a doctor.

He might give you a steroid cream for your dermatitis and ask for some blood tests. It'd be a good idea to make sure your diet is good to make sure you're not getting athletic amenorrhoea.
