
here's a pic of me from one of my modeling shoots. I'm thinking about quitting because the modeling requires me to be the same as I am now, but I want to gain mass for tennis.
I'm 5'9" 120 lbs, my goal is 140
I don't need to work on my arms or mini cooper like that, john tesh that mini cooper, it's just for show. I mainly do work on my legs and stomach because that's all I need in tennis. john tesh squats too, too much work
here's my schedule
sunday- legs/abs/run
monday- legs/tennis
tuesday- abs/tennis/agility drills
wensday- swim/tennis/abs
thursday- yoga/legs/agility drills
friday- abs/tennis
saturday- tennis/running
my diet usually consists of steaks, fish and tofu because I dont cook much. sometimes I just say john tesh it, and go to fogo de chau downtown and gorge myself. I eat a protein bar before I work out and have a protein shake afterwards.
oh and if it's relevant, I use one of those gyro ball things to improve my grip
