Well, I'd definitely try Royksopp--listen to Melody AM first.
Also Passion Pit, and M83, People Press Play, Dntel, and Styrofoam. And if you haven't heard of the Postal Service, you must listen to them. It's kind of required

It's French Techno/Synth/Electronic pop.
Recommend David Guetta? He is also French.
Don't forget Daft Punk, again they are French.
Basically when it comes to Electronic/Techno/Synth, the French are the greatest!
