i say hello in a dull tone
after about 3 calls in 30 mins i yell and say WHAT?! not caring who it is in a very pissed off and annoyed tone :]
if the person doesnt answer i go WTH DO YOU WANT?! or just hang up
i am only 13 yet i have such a short temper

Most of the time I just say hello. I have a caller id, so if I recognize that it's one of my friends phone number, then I usually say "hey, wassup."
