They look more like scorpions.

My dad has. He bought some over when
he went to Laos. He ate all the scorpion
ones, lol.. but we have some frozen crickets
in the freezer. I've never tried them. I don't
want to really. >>;

Never ate one. I might try it...who knows. I never saw anybody selling those stuff in China...at least where i go.

These remind me of the insects collected in glass boxes, and they always gave me the creeps. Ew !

I wouldn't go near this. I find that China has nothing really good to eat... they have a lot of weird stuff like this on the streets though. There's always high chance of getting sick from eating food from street markets because they aren't clean and reuse the same pot of oil over and over again (you can see stuff floating in it).

In my opinion, the same special dishes in China made in Canada taste better (e.g. Peking Duck).
