I left home (california) when I was 18 to the midwest. I stayed with my friends who rented a house and all we did was just work and partied. Months later my sister called me and told me that my mother wasn't feeling well (old age + disabled) and suggested that I come home because my dad works full time and my sister is married. So I'm now at home and just going to school full-time while being a caretaker. So yes, I'm living in Lala land and compared to when I was living out of it, I frickin' love it.
Are You Still Living In Lala Land? and by that I mean....

...living at home with your family where the teeth of reality aren't quite so sharp yet.
If you are, I'm not mad at you, I'm jealous and bitter.
I'm completely willing to hire someone at $9/ hour to live in my closet to come out at midnight and sprinkle fairy dust over my bed to make all of my problems go away. Don't worry, it's a walk-in cloest, you've plenty of leg room.

I moved back to live with my family recently and let me tell you, it's definitely not "LA LA LAND" for me here.
I'm overcharged with rent and do have for everything on my own. There are some rare occasions when I feel like pulling my hair out, but for the most part I do have my privacy and independence still.
