In proper technique of course. So TECHNICAL FAILURE, not ABSOLUTE FAILURE. Here's my log of the past couple weeks (I've just started adding them to my workouts)
First time:
5 6 5 6 5
(reps and sets)
Second time:
7 5 6 4 8
Third:
8 7 8 6
I'm glad with the results so far, but i'm looking to break that 8 today. Endurance is getting better for sure. Note that I didn't do these sets all at once. I do semi-circuit training method (rest periods in between)

A lot of reasons...I told you I didn't do this set after set. It'd be weird if the reps didn't fluctuate.

I actually never tried chin ups! I do pull ups (palm facing away). But I gave it a try just now and did 25.
