Hi i just passed my driving test in and i moved and i didnt notify the dmv till the last minute and she said that the computer has the license to be sent to my old address..so she asked for my new address and put it into the computer and gave me this address change paper..she said if i dont receive it within 3-4 weeks i should go to a dmv..if i have proof that i passed my test and have a temporary license there shouldnt be a problem for me to not get my license right?

Yes, that's no problem. It's an honest mistake. Plus, your temporary license is proof that you passed the test. If that isn't enough, bring the evaluation sheet with you on the day of your testing.
