Just thought I'd type up what I understand the new game to be (from the little Japanese I know). Haven't finished watching the episode yet, but the game seems interesting so far...

We've got six people in the game, three on a team (Sun and Moon). Sun team is Nao, Akiyama and Fukunaga. I don't know the names of the Moon team yet, so they can be x, y, and z. Each person is matched up with someone on the other team, aka Nao with x, Akiyama with y and Fukunaga with z. What fascinates me is that let's say Nao loses a lot of money, but Akiyama and Fukunaga both win a decent amount. The money that those two win has to be split evenly among the group, so theoretically, even if two people win, the team could still be in debt and lose overall. This is really the first time that everyone actually has to work for the good of the group!

The actual battle between the two people is a weird form of Russian roulette. The gun used here is designed to hold 24 bullets, so there's less of a chance of getting shot (although this gun won't kill anyone, lol). Nao chose where she wanted the bullets to be placed, and then the other person has to shot themselves. The other person shoots himself, and if he doesn't "die" then Nao has to shoot herself. The process, I guess, repeats until someone gets to a bullet. You can also pass and pay a penalty, but I'm having trouble understanding the money part, so I don't know how much you can win or lose exactly.

OMG I watched ep. 1 raw (without subs), even though I don't know japanese but I kind of got the gist of it.

Nao-chan is soooo pretty <333 >.<
Akiyama is still hot *drool*
and fukunaga....is still him XD lol he never fails to crack me up!!!!

I def. cannot wait for subs....I totally love the first ep.

and the new girl...shes really pretty but creepy as well XD

I cannot wait to see when she meets up with akiyama and nao-chan (although, she and nao-chan kind of briefly meet in ep.1)

Already dying for ep. 2 >.<

Hey Trine29 sorry couldnt give u a recap sooner cuz of the time diference..when u wrote that message i was fast asleep... my Japanese is... next to zero even tho I've been here for 7 months already...

I still hate the mushroom head.. he's all weird and evil..I betcha he's gonna lose and then it's up to akiyama to win! And I don't trust the mushroom head...he's probably gonna betray his team later on.. he's a superbe actor tho..

I'm actually starting to read the manga..but didnt get that far yet ><..i dont know if i should read beyond what's been aired.. and mushroom head does NOT look like that in the manga!!!!

I think the new girl is the Japanese girl from the movie Babel which Brad Pitt starred in. I watched it not long ago, I thought she was really good there. Watched the first episode, its looking good. Btw, did anyone else think that Erika seem to have lost quite a bit of weight. But she still great.
