Hi!

Well, I wanted to get a mic since all I've been using for the past few years is $2.25 mic. It worked well, but it didn't last long...or maybe it's bad usage on my part? I was hoping my dad could help, but he's really busy so he doesn't have time...haha~

Anyway, I wanted to buy a new mic, below $150.

I am debating between MXL 990 / MXL 991, and the Blue Snowball.

I have a wide range (oh, and I'm a girl ^-^'v)... and I sing both loud and soft, depending on the song...and many times I sing high. I also record from my Piano, Keyboard, Guitar and Violin...so it should be able to get good instrumental recording quality...
The program I use currently is Audacity...when I'm at my friend's house I use Sonar and FL Studio...

So I'm asking Soompiers, what mic should I buy? Also, the two / three I named were just a couple I researched, so feel free to mention any others.

P.S. If i posted in the wrong section...I'm really sorry...but the tech section is where I thought this should go...
