The full song disappoints me. The first teaser was so elegant
and different. The full song reverts back to being normal,
not interesting. The ending reminds me of Genie a lot. The rap
is overlaying the chorus like Taeyeon's solo overlaying the chorus.

The producers of the song should have made the "Ha, Ha" part
stand out more like the first teaser.

Amber's rap was OK, she has a nice rapping voice, but her rap was overpowered by the singing like wth?

yea, actually i know they're not supposed to be shinee's counterparts or whatever but i couldn't help but notice SM did the same thing with noona neomu yeppeo. i didnt even notice minho's rap until someone pointed it out. i didn't think shinee could rap until i heard their later songs. amber has potential and i think it'll show once sm gives her a decent rap where she doesnt "tough talk". (the only rappers i like in SM are key and minho cuz they dont really rap like they're from SM)

one of the girls, sounds soooo much like jessica in parts. im guessing it's krystal. i think im the only one disappointed w/ their vocals. i normally expect a lot when it comes to vocals w/ sm, but i didn't hear a single adlib in lachata. normally, when SM debuts a song, there always seem to be a standout or two where you're just like holy cow this person is GOOD (ie taeyeon, jonghyun, etc.). i wish i heard more of luna's "powerful" vocals. they're still young though so they're bound to improve.

mentioning age, im still kinda bugged victoria is in this group. she seems too much like an odd-ball out w/ her age. victoria is the leader? is her korean really that good?

I like the full song. Even though I expected more power from their voices. I really like the background music. It's kind of forgettable except for the "la cha la cha ta ta" in the chorus. It's calm for a debut song and for a single. One thing I really like about it is its lack of auto-tune. (There's just so much auto-tune flying around now that if I hear even one word with it I go rabid.) Although, that seems like a bad reason to like a song. Anyways, the song feels a little trance-ish to me, probably because I'm sort of sleepy/dazed right now. Just bobbing my head in a circular motion.

I like "Lachata" but it's not that impressive. I have a feeling that it'll be better with the MV.

Buuuut I liked the opening line. Who sung it? Luna? :-D Speculate!

I absolutely dispise autotuned songs. I don't even consider them songs.
So I'm exceptionally pleased with LACHATA. Everyone goes autotune these days.
You hardly even hear their actual voices.

Um, okay, like a lot of other people here, I was kind of disappointed with the song. I only liked the "Lachalachatata" part.
I'm kind of skeptical of their vocal abilities. I didn't really like their voices... D:
And Sulli's face seems kind of awkward to me, like Seohyun's from SNSD. But I'm sure that's just me.
BUT I STILL LOVE THEM SO PLEASE DON'T HATE ME.

no you're not the only one. I found their vocals kind of disappointing as well. I was waiting for someone to belt out a high note or some adlibs or anything but it never happened. lol Most sm songs have that climax so it was strange that Lachata didn't have this. lol There were too many strange high pitched parts in the song imo.
