How Do You Tone Down Thick Muscular Thighs?

I have really thick, (not flabby) thighs/calves cause I'm really athletic and stuff and when you touch my leg you can like feel the thick layer of muscles popping out of my leg its so nasty!! And it might sound really good to have fit legs, but I think my legs are WAY TOO fit!!! What should I do to tone them down? Cause I dont wanna keep working out or exercising them because I build muscle really quickly compared to other girls and I dont want to keep on building muscle on my thighs.

well, first off what type of workout have you been doing to build your leg strength? If you've been using weights then you should have really just did more reps an less sets using lighter weights. I'm sure you know that by doing so you build stamina, endurance, and definition not bulk. Using heavy weights with less reps and more sets increases bulk.
I think an answer to your question would be to stop using weights if that's what you've been doing and start a new routine with resistance training and cardio.
Women that want sexy tone legs should stick to resistance training and cardio accompanied by light weights at a moderate intensity level. It's the best way to get your legs full, thick looking without the fat and appearance of bulky (man-looking) muscles.
