So I have both of these videos but I was wondering which one will deliver the better results in the least amount of time. Has anyone ever tried it? If so how were the results? I'm leaning more towards Slim in 6 because from what I've seen in the clips on tv the exercises shown are more similar to what I'm familiar with and that is more light resistance toning. I think I'm going to have to wait to see people's replies before i start with either one.

I honestly don't find slim in 6 challenging enough. It barely gets my heartrate up there.. 10 minute trainer on the other hand leaves me breathing pretty hard. I would probably choose 10 minute trainer most of the time, and switching to slim in 6 on certain days
