My cousin goes here! She seems to like it. And the thing is she lives in Brooklyn, and shes not dorming this year. But considering how convienient NewYork public transportation is, it's definitely do-able. I've been pass the campus, it's on Long Island, New York, I believe. It's a nice area, really clean and serene and it's in a wealthy area. 10x cleaner compared to Brooklyn and the city.

It's a private college and very expensive (unless you're getting 1. scholarship or 2. financial aid). I also read reviews online that both the students and faculty are lazy and apathetic. I think there are a lot better choices out there, like NYU or something.

NYU is never a better choice.. hahaha. Definitely more expensive than Adelphi.

Anyway, I live 20 minutes away from Adelphi. I applied with on-site admission at my high school, and got in easily. Pretty much everyone got in, which isn't a good sign. For good scores, they'll give you a pretty good scholarship, but I didn't get a full ride :I
I know alumni who loved the school, but personally, I wouldn't think of going there. Yey for free application process..
