For some reason, some of them can read Chinese while the others doesn't. For QQ, it works but for QQ music and others can't read Chinese. It only shows up question marks like this.

Your computer must be CHINESE for Non-unicode programs for programs like QQ to show CHINESE.

But of course doing this would screw some of your programs that require english (Very mild, Programs i've encountered problems after changing are DESKTOP MAESTRO which requires me to change back to English and then do a clean reinstall).

You can change your Language for Non-unicode programs in the Regional and Language Options in the Control Panel
