I don't understand the purpose of this phrase. The user is essentially filtering out anyone that provides
-rude remarks
-negative feedback
-constructive criticism
Which is basically everything except all those happy positive posts like "I love this <3" or "I totally agree with you".
If you write something questionable, no doubt you're going to get questioned.

my butt, if I have something to say then I'll say it, its called "opinion"
If I go against something DBSK does then I write it in a DBSK forum or anything else.

Bashing (having nothing good to say) does not equal constructive criticism. Can't a person comment like this: "I like what you've done there but maybe you should try it like this to make it better." Because really, saying "that f-cking sucks", calling it honesty, then just leaving is... well, that's just pointless anyway. Hmm... maybe the saying should be changed to "if you have nothing good to say or if you can't explain what you don't like in a civil manner, then you shouldn't say anything at all" xD

Constructive criticism is not sugarcoating. It is giving valid feedback, positive or negative.
