Waving Panda as you hit the brakes

Not sure if this is the right place, so mods, feel free to move it.

So when I was driving today, this car in front of me had a little panda with a stop sign in its hand on his back dash. Every time the driver used his brakes, the panda's hands lit up & waved.

Anyone know what it's called exactly or where I can get it?

I've seen those in asian stores like 99 Ranch and stuff, but they didn't light up.

I remember when I was younger, my dad for some reason had aliens stuff animals stuck to the rear hatch for our old minivan. Whenever the brakes where hit, the eyes light up red! That only lasted a year until the car got broken into and trashed. I hated that car though...
