im not sure if this is supposed to be here, but
if it's not mod's please close or move the topic.
but anyways my photoshop has been acting weird
lately whenever i click on a layer and try to move it
(specifically a text layer) it jumps to different layer
or doesn't move at all. so i have to result to using
the arrow buttons to move it which is pretty annoying =.=
help please!~

if im not wrong. you would have to restart your photoshop to fix it. if that still doesn't work. it should be related to your graphic card.
