Ok..So I don't know what I did to my laptop but my Speed went from
0.65 mbs for download and 0.39 mbs for upload to 0.11 mbs ( download ) and 0.07 mbs for upload..T.T
I cannot view anything ..like youtube..music flash player ..they keep on stop for buffering..every 3 seconds im getting so frustrated.T.T
How do I fix this ? Is there a program to help boost my internet speed up ?

Try using: Computer Cleaner (cleans up un-wanted/unused things)

It may be because you have a lot of old junk on your computer, so it takes up a lot of space.
Also try opening up your program list and remove some things you downloaded but not really need anymore.
&& if you have norton as a security i recommend getting rid of it and getting AVG because norton really slows down a computer.

Yes, try CCleaner and clean things up. But I doubt that's affecting your internet speeds. If you are on a wireless connection, it's probably the wireless signal. Plus, there are no programs that can make your download and upload speeds faster, they can only optimize it. Norton does hog resources and slow it down, but the 2009 Gaming Edition of Norton is actually better than AVG. I wouldn't really recommend AVG, I would recommend either Avira or Avast.

Edit: If you have any other computers on around the house, you should see if they are downloading, streaming, or torrenting, as that also affects your internet speed only until they are finished downloading, streaming, or torrenting.

we'll split it up into two sections hardware and software:

hardware:
-if you're on a wireless lan as the above post, the signal strength could be interfering with the connection
-try to do a scan for other available wireless routers, perhaps a signal from another router is interfering with yours, so go into your router and change the channel
-make sure your wireless lan card is the correct frequency a/b/g/n and working well with your router

software:
-make sure any firewalls aren't completely blocking connections, this includes the default windows, any antivirus software, and your router's hardware
-get rid of or close programs that clog up bandwidth, this usually includes program updates and any program that uses the internet heavily (downloading songs and watching youtube at the same time isn't good)
-make sure your windows or os is up to date due to the fact that it might be constantly downloading updates
-run a virus scan as that trojans or malware might be constantly downloading more malware into your computer
-make sure your router's connection to your internet provider is consistent and working well

try these steps and if they don't work i'll continue with other solutions, remember if you want to make a car faster you drop its weight, not put extra stuff in
