okay....so....i am having problem with 3 dvd - ram drive in the house. whenever i put a blank dvd or cd in the drive, it shows up in "my computer " as a cd drive. i dont know how long this have been but for the other two computers in the house, it's the same way. one day i install the Malwarebytes' anti-malware into the two other computers because it has a virus. after that, the dvd drive became cd drive after putting a blank dvd/cd. my computer also have the malwarebytes. it is because of the malwarebytes? but i've re-install and check the connections and it still shows up as a cd drive. i cant burn anything anymore. i've tried searching it up on google but it didnt help at all.

i have a samsung sh-s182m. the other two computer are samsung dvd - ram also.

did any of you have the same problem??
if so, how did you fix the problem??

first of all, its not ram its rom, ram is something else inside a computer >.<

can you tell me what operating system you're using?
