So I'm originally an employee and I'm really into my general manager. I am not too sure if he feels the same way as I do but the things he do really make me wonder. For example : he tries really hard to get me promoted , also another time was when he drove me and this other girl home one time he dropped her off first and when he drove me home after we passed by his house (in other words he could of dropped me off first but didnt, and took the long way instead), I notice that he acts a bit different towards me (tries to be cute). but the reason why I'm so unsure is because he's flirty to everyone but to me he just teases and .. it really makes me wonder if he likes me or not. I'm around 16-17 and he's aroud 21-22. Alot of people are pretty infatuated by him 'cause I gotta admit .. he's pretty cute and he's a halfer. At times when he would come into work and I'm quiet, he would poke me just to start off a conversation, all the silly things I would say he would mock it throughout the whole shift. I noticed most of the time it looks as if it's hard for him to give me eye contact, but from what my friend said, " he's probably shy .. most people who likes someone are usually too shy to look into someone elses eyes." When he asks to drive me home his way of asking is usually like this " So am I taking you home tonight ? " and it really gives me no other ways to answer it but by saying yes. There was a time when he told me alot of personal things and he told me that I'm his INSIDE GIRL, but I'm not sure what he really means by that, cause theres this other employee that he thinks shes pretty funny and all and he calls her his home boy. I don't get him ... Someone please help me out I don't know if he likes me or not. I'm having so many doubts about liking him. I feel as if I have alot of competition going on with the other girls in this job.. and it makes me feel as if I don't have a chance, but the things he's saying to me and the way he treats me makes me feel as if theres a possible chance that he might feel the same way as I do for him.

he definitely likes you...or you could be reading into things and he could just be a naturally nice guy but since your picking up on these signs you should try and flirt back... try giving him a long gaze that last longer than it should and if he looks back or smiles or gets embaressed than its for sure!

im dating a guy from my workplace so i know exactly how you feel, i always suspected that he might have liked me but i really liked him and thought maybe im just reading into things and i picked up the courage to talk to him about personal things and we would smile and look at each other. so...dont worry about the whole its going to be awkward and messy because as long as your a professional person than you will have no problems.

he may seem to talk to other girls so it doesnt so favoritism at the working place.
that other girl might just be a friend. just ask him and if he says no then just make up a cover.
like "oh haha jk! im bored" lol or something
