i am worrying about my pc.. its been a week since i formatted and install a new windows xp sp2 but the problem is when i finished installing there is a pop up windows appear everytime I open my pc, asking for activation key and stating that if I dont activate it immidiately after 30 days I wont be able to use my pc. any suggestions and commentsss... please help

did you buy the computer from a retail store? if so, look on the case of your computer. there should be a windows xp geniune sticker on your computer with the cd key.

if the above post doesn't work and you can't get your hands on your original legit serial there are other "non legal lol" ways to get rid of that, i believe telling you would be against the ToS/rules of soompi forums and thus if you want it then you'll have to msg me or im me

Just activate it through the internet. Like seriously, they won't even check. Nothing to worry about, you're too small of a fry for Microsoft to care - especially on a decadent OS as XP. (Not hating on XP users)
