You mean a camera with a swivel screen? lol.
Anyway I had both the Canon PowerShot A640 and A650 IS. They're both great but neither are being sold anymore. I know the Canon PowerShot G11 has swivel screen but it's $500.

I have 2 cameras which are swivel screens, they're useful haha.
If you want a point and shoot I have the Canon PowerShot A720 (I think that's the name). It's a bit chunky but it takes great photos

My old Nikon Coolpix 5400 has a swivel screen, and I can't even express how handy that feature is! Comes in handy when I can't look through the viewfinder of lets say my SLR, or when i'm in a tight spot trying to do angle shots (again, where I can't look through the viewfinder). I can remember all the times i'm sticking my camera above ppls heads to get a shot at something and I don't guess where i'm pointing, because I can turn the screen downward so I can look up at it.
I'm not a pro photographer, but if I were to get a DSLR, I would consider the Nikon D5000, almost entirely because of that swivel screen! I honestly don't want to deal with 90 degree adapters for the viewfinder and all that stuff.
I know Olympus also makes a DSLR with the swivel screen, but I can't recall the model.
