I was just wondering if you guys have bento and actually use them like for school or work for lunch. rolleyes.gif

Do share if you have any cute designs. happy.gif

Also, where did you guys get your bento boxes? I've always wanted one but never been able to find one. tongue.gif

those look really cute, but i don't have much time on my hands when i get up. XD i always tend to wake up late for school, so i just warm up some left-overs from the day before and throw it into my bento box. i got my bento boxes in Vietnam for about 80 cents (13 000 VND) and they're both double layered/stackable. you probably wouldn't want to go to Vietnam just to get lunchboxes, but you can try looking in asian stores? they'll probably be around $5 or more, depending on where you live.

EDIT! i was just looking at the "selling & trading" section and i found someone that sells bento boxes. they're about $7 to $13. click here!

haha! i made bento all the time for my own lunch for school. whenever i have afternoon class, i will make my own bento. anyway, of course mine is not as fancy as the above because those really take a lot of time and creativity to do it and i have limited time in the morning.

here are a few of mine.

lol cute! i would show you mine, but im scared to open up my bento....................... there's food in it.. meaning fungus... T__T;; last time we used that was like... a year ago............... i'm so scared to open it T_____T want to come here and open it? T__T;;

you can buy bento boxes from,
http://www.jbox.com/BENTO/
they really have cute designs. don't worry you won't get scammed, cause i bought items from there many times anyways. they have a lot of cute designs, but they don't last there for long time. they change like every 3 months i think. the shipping and handle isn't that expensive either.

The boxes themselves can be found at any Asian market. I got mine as a bday gift haha. Never tried to do any of those fancy shapes or designs, my lunch boxes are always neaty arranged though happy.gif It makes a difference.

the mold is actually a star. haha! but due to the egg that i was using is not big enough; hence it couldn't reach the edges. haha! hence the flower shape instead.
