Down + Beautiful + Forever (Remix)

So last night on Skype, imperial13 linked me to a YT video of a girl singing a remix of the songs "Down", "Beautiful", and "Forever" by Jay Sean, Akon, and Chris Brown respectively. The lyrics and melody of the latter two songs matched up with the beat of "Down", which I thought was pretty awesome. I've replayed her version so many times, and so I decided to cover it today. Definitely check her channel out -- I really like her voice! *__* Original Video

I tried to adopt a more..R&B style for this remix? I don't know how well that worked out haha. ;; Soul is definitely something that I wish my voice possessed. :/ The harmonies for the choruses are seriously bugging me rofl. Erghhh.

I am really slow when it comes to new music. I just discovered Lady Gaga last month believe it or not, haha. Although I haven't heard these songs, I really like them combined. Much props to the original and for your version of it. I actually really liked how the girl from YT kept some of Jay Sean's part and it overlapped.

mmmm I love your voice. It's a modest adorable sounding voice. It's unique, it sounds like YOU which is special.

Your mixing is very modest, I can not hear the reverb, but somewhat your singing always stand out from the music the way it's meant to be... which is interesting.

Your hamonies were nice, although I think some choices of notes could of been altered for other notes here and there... but who cares, harmonies are harmonies...=]~ I thought they were just that bit too loud though, I reckon they should only be there to make your voice ring, but they shouldn't be heard too clearly unless they're the showing off ones

I thought the Cry and Lies bit were just that bit too short, but you know~~ The rest was just awesome.

I really like your medley (or the medley you kindly stole and covered XD). Keep it original 'cos you shine best this way <3

I really like the fact that you used only the instrumental better, it is a lot cleaner than singing on top of the original. Your voice definitely suits this song! One thing that I would suggest improving on is the beginning of the song when you start off without the music...it sounds a little flat. XD wOOt i really do like your covers though, keep it up!!

OOO I liked the way you do it much more because I didn't like how the girl layered her voice with the Down song D: Don't get me wrong, her voice is sooooo amazing but it got a bit annoying for me listening to so many melodies overlapping at once x____x;;

Loved your voice in this! At first I thought that your voice was a bit weak for the song but I got used to it and girl, I loved the way you gave this your own RnB style Pitch was also a bit dodgy near the beginning like the DOWN's. It sounded like you were on the verge of going off o___O. The harmonies mostly worked. As the song progressed though, I enjoyed it more and more.
