A few months ago, my plan was over so I got the Blackberry Storm from Verizon. I have heard of it before but didn't do much research about it... who does right? I noticed after a few days that the phone was quite laggy but I heard this was common from other Storm users. Besides that, everything else was fine! I got to browse the internet, have cool apps, etc. But last night out of the blue, while I was texting, my screen started having glitches and my phone would freeze up. I pressed all buttons but it wouldn't respond. So I took it to the store today and they're sending me the warranty phone on Monday. I don't know what I'm going to do without a phone for 5 days....... -___- (this shows how obsessed I am). After speaking to some people about it, I now know that the Storm has a lot of problems. Buyers beware!

Who else has the Storm and experienced problems with it?

My Storm is alright, but it has problems too. My only problem was with its views, it got pretty laggy. I installed QuickPull, and it fixed the slowness of the Storm. =-)

Why didn't you just do a battery pull on the Storm to fix it? That usally works. Make sure you try QuickPull when you get your phone back!

last month my storm screen died. the next day i took it to the verizon store and they gave me another one they had in stock due to the 1 year warranty.

Overall, im pretty happy with the storm because i update the OS quite often. There isn't much lag to the phone anymore.
