Thần Tượng Âm Nhạc: Vietnam Idol is a Vietnam talent contest seeking to find a new successful music artist. Part of the Idol franchise, it originated from the reality program Pop Idol created by British entertainment executive Simon Fuller. The show is produced by Ho Chi Minh City Television (HTV9) and the Vietnam Advertising Company (VAC).

I find the audition so amusing since they'd sing from modern to cai luong to some random skit.
