General admission requirements
English language requirement

All prospective students must demonstrate their competency in English before being admitted to UBC. Most Canadian students meet this requirement – called the English Language Admission Standard – by completing three years of full-time education in Canada. If you do not meet the requirement in this way, you can meet it in other ways.
High school requirements

UBC has a basic set of requirements that all Alberta, NWT, and Nunavut high school students must meet. We require that you graduate from high school and successfully complete the following Grade 12 courses.

* English Language Arts 30-1 or English 30
* Four additional Grade 12 courses (additional details apply)

International Baccalaureate certificate and Advanced Placement courses can be used to meet the above requirements.

You must write Grade 12 provincial exams, even when they’re optional for graduation.
Program-specific requirements

In addition to the general admission requirements, each UBC program has a set of specific requirements you must meet in order to study in that program.

If your program requires a supplemental application, it will be noted in the table below. Some supplemental applications have specific deadlines and fees may apply. Please check your faculty's website for more information.

The rest is here: https://you.ubc.ca/ubc/vancouver/abntnu.ezc#gar

Just try your best in all your classes because I believe universities' GPA requirements change every year.
If you're planning to become a clinical psychologist then try to take whatever psychology classes are offered at your school.
And go to your school's counselor and ask for some help regarding planning.
The sooner you start planning and start on your applications, the better.

Good luck!

Get at least 90% average to get in for sure.
ARTS program requires English 30-1...
And you'd need four other acceptable grade 12 courses: Social Studies 30, Math Pure 30, Math 31 (Calculus), Physics 30, Biology 30, Chemistry 30, etc.

QUOTE
You may only use one of the following courses:

* Art 30
* Art 31
* Drama 30
* Music 30 (Choral, Instrumental, or General)

No more than two Grade 12 non-English language courses in the same subject may be used for admission to UBC.

Courses numbered 33 or 35, except for AP and IB courses, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for admission to UBC.

The following courses are not acceptable for admission to UBC:

* Courses within the Career and Technology Studies program
* 3-credit courses
* Phys. Ed. 30

They might've changed this, but it's entrance scholarship based on your percentage.

95% or better, or IB diploma 36 or better

* $4,000 scholarship
* Early registration date
* Priority assignment with UBC Housing & Conferences

90% to 94.99%, or IB diploma 32 to 35

* $2,000 scholarship
* Early registration date
* Priority assignment with UBC Housing & Conferences

86% to 89.99%, or IB diploma 30 to 31

* $500 scholarship
* Early registration date

And I agree with the person above this post who suggested you to take the LPI (Language Proficiency Index) test.
