are you doing these chores to replace paying rent? Or are you still paying rent and doing these chores? Either way, you should really just tell him straight forward. Theres not a big chance that he'll change his ways. If he doesn't know that he's relying too much on you, then it'll be a burden on you. So just tell him...in a calm manner of course

It seems to me like you are depress because he basically order you to do everything for him. My question is what are you going to do once school start? I believe that if you do all the things that he order you to do then you shouldn't have to pay for rent or anything. I suggest you move out and live with other college students.

You should ask him to help support your living needs, since you're a student. If this guy is making money and you're doing all these chores for him, I don't think he should have any problem giving you some funding for it.

If he refuses, just tell him you've done so much for him but you can't take it anymore. Eventually just move out.
